Prior to joining Recharge in August 2020, Lindy spent four years at Klarna where she managed Global Partnerships, including relationships with key ecommerce platforms, payment gateways, and digital agencies. She has also held roles with the Clinton Health Access Initiative and at American Express.
Lindy began her career in consulting and received her MBA from IESE Business School in Spain. She currently lives in Boulder, Colorado, and escapes to the mountains whenever possible.
Rachel Soper Sanders is the CEO and co-founder of Rootine, a precision nutrition startup optimizing health and human performance. With 10 years’ experience at the intersection of health and technology, she is disrupting the market as a female founder in the male dominated personalized health tech space.
In addition to being a founder, Rachel is a startup advisor, angel investor, new mom, and has been featured across Forbes, Entrepreneur, Thrive Global, Business Insider, and more. She received a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Phoebe Yu is the CEO and Founder of ettitude. While shopping for her own home after moving to Melbourne, Australia, Phoebe spotted an opportunity within the bedding market to create sustainable luxury for less. Her vision of revolutionising the bedding industry saw Phoebe bridge together her entrepreneurial instincts, passion for sustainability, and understanding of fabric technology.
After years of testing materials, weaving and dying techniques, and harnessing a decade of experience working in supply chain management and merchandising, Phoebe perfected and launched ettitude’s innovative CleanBamboo fabric in 2014. By 2018, ettitude expanded globally opening a Los Angeles headquarter.

Prior to ettitude, Phoebe had founded two international trading and sourcing companies in Asia.
Olivia Landau is the Founder and CEO of The Clear Cut, a 4th generation diamond expert and G.I.A. Graduate Gemologist (GG). She started The Clear Cut as an educational blog for friends and family and when she met her husband, Kyle, in G.I.A. school, they turned the blog into a multi-million dollar direct-to-consumer diamond jewelry company revolutionizing the way millennials purchase engagement rings. Since then, The Clear Cut has doubled in size each year.
Aimed at dismantling the brick and mortar diamond industry, The Clear Cut provides accessibility and transparency to a traditionally opaque and male-dominated industry. The Clear Cut has since expanded beyond custom engagement rings and has a collection of fine jewelry that continues to grow and expand.

As a senior member of the Strategic Insights team, Marianne develops insights content across a range of subjects, including viewer engagement, time-shifted viewing, brand safety and OTT/streaming TV.
Prior to joining VAB, Marianne spent nearly 20 years working within advertising agencies to develop integrated media strategies across a range of high-profile clients. The experience of working directly with marketers and brand leaders informs her point of view when developing insights reports and guides, ensuring all VAB content is relevant, clear and actionable.

Graduating with a Masters in Finance, Laura has spent her whole career in digital analytics and growth. Laura started her career at Digitas and Ogilvy, before joining Facebook. There she launched her DTC brand Oars + Alps, a clean men's personal care line.
The brand scaled DTC and exited to a major strategic within a few years. She is now the COO at Steady State Brands where they invest, advice, and scale CBD brands in house. Laura is also advising early stage companies on growth and M&A.
Krysta Lewis is the CEO and Founder of Aisling Organics, a high-performance organic makeup brand. With a focus on both purpose and profit, Krysta was inspired to launch Aisling Organics when she realized the unregulated chemicals in our cosmetics were causing chronic illness and there were no effective alternatives on the market.

Their manufacturing process is a clean alternative to the highly polluting cotton industry. Prior to ettitude, Dey had a decade of experience scaling mission-driven brands. In 2012, Dey founded Try The World, a direct to consumer food subscription company, which disrupted the global artisanal food supply chain.
It was named by Crains NY as the #3 fastest growing company in New York before it was acquired in 2017. Today Dey also serves as advisor and investor in several direct to consumer brands. Jason Wiese heads VAB’s Strategic Insights team producing actionable, unique intelligence about today’s complex video environment to help marketers make fully informed media decisions.

Inherently curious and analytical, his multifaceted career has spanned both the advertising agency and TV network sides of the business, working directly with marketers to develop innovative, integrated communication plans and ad sales strategies for numerous high-profile brands.
Danielle DeLauro serves as VAB’s executive vice president and works directly with the CEO to determine VAB’s strategic vision and set the internal agenda and direction for all departments within the organization.
Danielle led the 30-year-old VAB through a comprehensive transformation, internally and externally. She set the tone for VAB’s evolution into a marketer-first, insights organization that inspires companies to reimagine their media strategies for the modern digital and videocentric world.
A strategist at heart, Danielle spent her career at major advertising agencies working directly with marketers, developing integrated media plans for a range of high-profile brands.
