Over his 25 year career, Jesse has worked with 100s of start-ups on their growth strategy, story and communications efforts. Under Jesse's leadership, LaunchSquad has become one of the leading U.S. agencies for emerging growth companies. Jesse has worked on a diverse set of clients from quantum computing pioneers and software mavericks to upstart consumer brands. His clients have included Allbirds, American Giant, D-Wave Systems, Diapers.com, Jet.com, KUIU, Marketo, Okta, Rothy's, and SuccessFactors, among many others.
Jesse’s passion and excitement for fresh stories pervades throughout the Squad on a daily basis, where he helps lead a team of 100+ communications professionals. Prior to co-founding LaunchSquad, Jesse worked at several PR firms during the early days of the Internet, learning the tools of the trade. He started LaunchSquad in 1999 with a dream and mission to build a better agency and culture committed to great work. Jesse is a California native, with a few stops in Oregon, Hawaii and the Carribean over the years. He has a B.A. in English from UCLA. Jesse lives in Northern California with his wife, their three children, two dogs and a cat.
